According to Gwangju Metropolitan City's quarantine authorities on the 3rd, two locally transmitted cases were confirmed and registered as cases 2103 and 2104.

Case 2103 was found to be related to the previously confirmed case 2059. The infection route of case 2059, confirmed on the 26th of last month, has not yet been identified.

Case 2104 was linked to an insurance company call center and tested positive after symptoms appeared during self-quarantine.

The total number of confirmed cases related to the insurance company call center has reached 65, including case 2104.

Meanwhile, as of 6 p.m. today, a total of five confirmed cases have been reported in the Gwangju area within one day. Among them, four were confirmed through tests conducted during self-quarantine or just before release from quarantine.
