[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Goryeong-gun, Gyeongbuk announced on the 3rd that it opened the first half of this year's leisure programs on the 2nd at the Daegaya-eup Residents' Autonomy Committee, starting with the saxophone and yoga classes.
The programs opening in the first half include six classes in total: the existing saxophone, yoga, line dance, pungmul (traditional Korean percussion music), flower arranging classes, plus a new pottery hand-painting class. These programs will run until the end of June.
Kim Byung-ok, chairman of the Daegaya-eup Residents' Autonomy Committee, asked for active participation from the students, saying, "We will do our best to ensure that the residents' autonomy programs are operated solidly, and we hope these times will be a source of vitality amid the tiring daily life."
