[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Thinkware announced on the 3rd that it will hold a product unveiling and pre-order sales ahead of the launch of the electric scooter 'iNavi Sports Road Gear CT.'
According to Thinkware, the iNavi Sports Road Gear CT is a lightweight product weighing 13.5kg, featuring a folding design for portability and convenience.
Equipped with a maximum 300-watt electric motor, this product can achieve a top speed of 25 km/h (legal speed limit) and maintain stable driving even on inclines up to 15%. It also features a cruise mode that maintains a constant speed while driving. To minimize noise, vibration, and discomfort generated during driving and to enhance safety, it adopts an integrated body frame shaped like a wakeboard with a curved surface structure.
Additionally, various safety features have been applied, including a 3-stage driving mode that allows sequential speed increases, a rear disc brake, side mirrors and built-in headlamps for checking surroundings while driving, and 8-inch tubeless tires on both front and rear.
Furthermore, an LED display is applied to the center of the handlebar, allowing real-time checking of driving speed, battery level, and other information. The battery lasts for 7 hours on a full charge and can travel up to 25 km. To enhance battery operation stability, cell dual protection with battery cell holders and nickel molding, as well as a battery protection circuit (PCM), have been applied.
After purchasing the product, continuous product management is possible by registering the unique chassis number on the iNavi website, and repairs can be made at seven iNavi nationwide A/S centers. Major parts such as the motor, controller, and battery are covered by free warranty repair within 6 months of purchase.
The price of the iNavi Sports Road Gear CT is 329,000 KRW. It will be officially released on the 11th, and pre-orders will be available through Naver Smart Store and open markets (eBay, Coupang, 11st, SSG, HiMart Mall), among others.
