KCC Glass, Hiring Interns for Regular Employee Conversion

A Total of 12 Positions in Sales, Production Technology, and Management... Full-time Employment After 3-Month Internship Evaluation

KCC Glass is recruiting new intern employees through the KCC Glass recruitment website until the 8th. This is a regular employee conversion internship that offers employment benefits to outstanding candidates after a 3-month internship. Final candidates will be selected through comprehensive evaluations including document screening, interviews, and employment health checkups. The workplaces are either the headquarters or the Sejong (Jeonui) factory.

The recruitment includes a total of 12 positions: 2 sales positions (▲Promotion/Order ▲Film Sales), 2 production technology positions (▲Process Improvement (Electrical) ▲Safety Glass Development), and 8 management positions (▲Strategic Planning ▲Big Data Analysis ▲Sales Support ▲Purchasing ▲Accounting ▲Cost Management ▲Human Resources ▲Logistics).

Applicants must be graduates of a 4-year university or expected to graduate by August 2021, and must be able to work full-time after passing the internship. The GPA must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.5 scale for all semesters, and applicants must meet language proficiency requirements of TOEIC 700 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking Level 5 (or OPIC IL) or above. Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service. Additionally, veterans eligible for employment benefits under relevant laws will be given preference.

Additional qualification requirements apply depending on the position. For the Promotion/Order positions, fluency in English is required, and German speakers are preferred. The Safety Glass Development position requires a major in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in CATIA V5, with preference given to those fluent in English and German. The Strategic Planning position requires TOEIC Speaking Level 7 (or OPIC IH) or higher. The Big Data position requires TOEIC Speaking Level 6 (or OPIC IM) or higher. Preference is also given to candidates who can work at the business site across all positions.
