The event where President Jo and the faculty welcomed the freshmen will be held sequentially at the entrances of Buildings 1 to 3 over three days until the 4th.
Chosun Institute of Technology conducts theoretical courses online according to the government's COVID-19 management guidelines, while laboratory and practical courses are held in person.
On this day, Chosun Institute of Technology distributed quarantine kits containing masks, hand sanitizing wipes, and spray hand sanitizers to the freshmen, encouraging them to practice social distancing.
President Jo said, “We prepared this event to welcome the 2021 freshmen who entered the university amid the great difficulty of COVID-19 and to encourage the practice of social distancing for COVID-19 prevention,” adding, “I sincerely hope that COVID-19 will end soon so that students can continue their vibrant campus life.”
