Jeon, who lives in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, reportedly threw roof tiles at the neighbor's gate in September last year amid a dispute over the neighbor raising their roof by about 1 meter, which he claimed infringed on his view. Jeon reportedly told the police, "I threw stones, but not roof tiles."
