[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 26th that Vice President Jisun Seop of the Public Finance Division and employees conducted a 'Love Milk Sharing Event' at Anyang Juvenile Detention Center located in Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.
Nonghyup Bank decided to donate approximately 55 million KRW worth of milk over about 11 months to 11 juvenile detention school facilities nationwide under the Crime Prevention Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, and held a donation ceremony at Anyang Juvenile Detention Center.
This is part of Nonghyup Bank's social contribution activities to help dairy farmers and agricultural workers struggling due to the decrease in school milk supply caused by COVID-19 and to improve the health of juveniles in protective institutions.
This donation was made in collaboration with the Sharing Livestock Movement Headquarters, a social contribution organization related to livestock, adding more significance to the event.
Jisun Seop, Vice President of NH Nonghyup Bank, stated, "Nonghyup Bank will continue to carry out win-win sharing activities for agricultural development and public interest."
