SH Corporation Holds Non-Face-to-Face General Meeting with Citizen Shareholders... "Introduction to Public Redevelopment and More"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 26th that it held an online non-face-to-face general meeting with 100 citizen shareholders.

At the meeting, SH Corporation reported on last year's business performance and this year's business plan, and introduced the public redevelopment project and housing brands for different life cycles. SH Corporation is currently carrying out the 'Cheongshinho' and 'Able Lab' projects for the 2030 generation, the 'Yeonriji Home' project for non-homeowners in their 30s and 40s, and the 'Nurijae' project for the 50s and 60s generation.

Kim Seyong, President of SH Corporation, said, "Despite the difficulties caused by COVID-19, thanks to the active communication of the SH citizen shareholders, we were able to achieve various results," and added, "We will continue to strive to establish a citizen participation management system through ongoing communication."
