Dongmyeong University Industry Collaboration Center (ICC) Holds Industry-Academia Win-Win Development Seminar The scene of Dongmyeong University hosting the Corporate Collaboration Center Win-Win Development Seminar.


[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Dongmyung University (President Jeong Hong-seop) held a "Corporate Collaboration Center Win-Win Development Seminar" on February 24 at 5 p.m. for member companies of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Council belonging to the Corporate Collaboration Center (ICC), including the Smart Manufacturing Technology Association, Busan Parts and Materials Enterprise Association, and Busan Industrial Technology Convergence Association, to promote sustainable industry-academia cooperation.


The event was organized by the university's LINC+ Project Group Corporate Collaboration Center (Director Ryu Hyun-je) to strengthen the capabilities of Industry-Academia Cooperation Council member companies struggling due to COVID-19, with talent donations from industry, academia, and government experts appointed as ICC operating committee members.


Following the introduction of the 5th-year corporate support program of the Corporate Collaboration Center, Park Jong-hyun, CEO of the smart factory specialized company Rotal Co., Ltd., presented cases of factory automation robots and logistics automation under the theme "AMR Selection and Implementation Cases."


Yoon Sam-seok, officer of the Busan Small and Medium Venture Business Administration, introduced the 2021 support policies for small and medium enterprises, and Cheon Sang-cheol, director of Busan Technopark, introduced major support projects of Busan Technopark.


ICT CEO Choi Nak-jun attracted attention by presenting know-how accumulated through years of business report preparation and evaluation committee activities under the theme "R&D Project Planning and Report Writing."


Director Ryu Hyun-je said, "We found a way to help Industry-Academia Cooperation Council member companies struggling due to COVID-19, and with the consent of the center operating committee members for talent donation, we were able to prepare this meaningful event," adding, "We will promote sustainable industry-academia cooperation where industry, academia, and government coexist and develop together toward strengthening the capabilities and increasing sales of local companies."


The Corporate Collaboration Center operates 27 Industry-Academia Cooperation Councils and regional specialized fields such as Smart Manufacturing Innovation ICC, Shipbuilding and Marine Plant ICC, and Manufacturing Robot ICC to support local small and medium enterprises and induce win-win development.
