On this day, Mokpo City started AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine inoculations beginning with Chamsarang Nursing Hospital and Mokpo Public Health Center in the morning.
The first vaccinated person in the Mokpo area was Jang Youngju (female, 40), an internal medicine director at Chamsarang Nursing Hospital.
The Mokpo Public Health Center plans to focus vaccinations on nursing hospital workers and residents on this day.
The 292 nursing hospitals that received vaccines on the 25th will proceed with vaccine administration within 5 days according to their own vaccination plans. All will complete the first dose by March, and the second dose will be administered with an interval of 8 to 12 weeks.
