[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Jeiljemyeonso, a noodle specialty restaurant operated by CJ Foodville, announced on the 26th that it will launch new spring menu items.
Jeiljemyeonso introduced various noodle dishes and delicacies using spring herbs. The ‘Dallae Beef Kalguksu’ features kalguksu noodles in beef broth with beef and dallae (wild chive). The ‘Meat-filled Spring Herb Bibim Noodles’ is topped with stir-fried pork with garlic scapes, dallae, and chive. The ‘Spring Sprout Yukhoe Goldongmyeon’ combines fresh yukhoe (raw beef), sprout vegetables, dallae, chamnamul (Korean wild greens), and spring vegetables such as cabbage and cucumber to enhance the texture.
At some locations, delicacies that pair well with alcoholic beverages like Makgeolli are also offered. The ‘Dallae Shrimp Gangjeong’ is a new menu item in Jeiljemyeonso’s popular Gangjeong series, featuring crispy fried shrimp and rice cakes served with fragrant dallae.
