[Asia Economy Reporter Wondara] On the 25th, Kwon Kwang-seok, CEO of Woori Bank, participated in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge.' This campaign, aimed at building consensus on children's traffic safety and preventing traffic accidents involving children, continues by participants posting traffic safety slogans on social networking services (SNS) and nominating the next participant.


CEO Kwon joined the campaign upon nomination by Yoon Jong-won, CEO of IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, and took a photo holding the traffic safety slogan "Stop at 1! Look both ways at 2! For 3 seconds! Prevent 4 dangers!" with employees, which was posted on Woori Bank's Facebook page. He nominated Hong Jong-sik, chairman of Geumjeon Corporation, Han Young-jae, chairman of Noru Holdings, and Kang Sung-hee, chairman of Otek Group, as the next relay participants, who are representative clients of Woori Bank.


CEO Kwon stated, "I hope this challenge fosters a mature traffic culture that prioritizes the safety of children," and added, "Woori Bank employees will also actively participate in children's traffic safety and accident prevention."
