N2Cell Signs 40 Billion KRW Supply Contract for 'Breathe TinyTan Mask' in Japan

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Nano-technology specialist company N2Cell announced on the 25th that its premium mask brand ‘Breathe Silver’ has signed an annual supply contract for the ‘Breathe TinyTAN Mask’ with Japan’s GC AGRI Culture and Elematec.

This contract is based on supplying the ‘Breathe TinyTAN Mask,’ released in collaboration with BTS characters ‘TinyTAN.’ Starting with the first shipment on the 26th, the first phase of the annual contract amounts to 40 billion KRW. Japan’s GC AGRI Culture holds exclusive sales rights, and Elematec participates as a sales partner.

The ‘Breathe TinyTAN Mask’ features comfortable breathing as if breathing naturally and is equipped with a nanofiber filter that blocks bacteria as well as fine harmful substances smaller than ultrafine dust. Notably, it has passed both the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), known for its stringent certification, and the European CE quality certification, making it a product in high demand not only domestically but also overseas.

An N2Cell official stated, “Breathe Silver is already recognized in Japan as a premium mask with excellent virus-blocking capabilities using nanofiber filter technology, which is on a different level from the existing electrostatic method. The product recently released in collaboration with BTS characters TinyTAN is also seeing rapidly increasing demand in Japan, and we expect it to gain momentum in overseas market expansion.”

N2Cell selected GC AGRI Culture as the exclusive sales rights holder in Japan after fierce bidding among companies, with Elematec joining as a sales distribution partner. In addition, inquiries about Breathe Silver masks are coming from various countries including the US, China, and Southeast Asia, and the company is focusing on selecting partners. Especially, to quickly respond to the increased demand inquiries last year, they are accelerating additional product development and strengthening logistics processes for the entire line to ensure smooth supply.

Meanwhile, the ‘Breathe TinyTAN Mask’ collection consists of four lines: the filter-integrated high-performance fashion sports mask ‘SPORTS PRO,’ the daily wearable ‘Breathe TinyTAN QUINTET’ and ‘Breathe TinyTAN SQUARE,’ and the functional fashion sports version ‘Breathe SPORTS 2.0.’
