Supporting Safe and Convenient Store Management by Eliminating Queues and Practicing Social Distancing
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Now Busking (CEO Jeon Sang-yeol) announced on the 25th that the cumulative number of unique users of its integrated store management service 'Now Waiting' has surpassed 20 million.
The number of unique users of Now Waiting doubled within 15 months after reaching 10 million in November 2019. Despite the difficulties in store usage due to COVID-19 last year, Now Waiting is said to have safely connected stores and customers digitally.
Now Waiting eliminates the need for restaurant customers to gather in confined spaces to wait, naturally enabling social distancing. It also allows for mobile guidance on quarantine rules. In case of confirmed cases, Now Waiting data can be used for swift response.
As quarantine measures such as operating hour restrictions continue due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, Now Busking plans to support store operations based on Now Waiting and introduce services that can contribute to increasing store sales in the first half of this year.
Jeon Sang-yeol, CEO of Now Busking, said, "We will continue to do our best to support small business owners to sustain their operations with the latest technology," adding, "We will also launch new services that will bring innovation to the market in the first half of this year."
