Shinsegae TV Shopping will hold the launch broadcast of Bridgestone's golf ball 'Contact B' on the 26th.
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Shinsegae TV Shopping announced on the 25th that it will hold a launch broadcast for Bridgestone's golf ball ‘Contact B’ through 'Shinsegae TV Shopping Live' on the 26th.
Contact B is a new golf ball introduced by Bridgestone Golf, which caused a sold-out situation last year with the Tiger Woods ball. This ball features Bridgestone's proprietary patented technology called Contact Force Dimple. The protrusion located at the center of the dimple increases the contact area with the club by 38%, generating more friction and preventing the ball from slipping, allowing golfers to execute their intended shots as accurately as possible.
For this broadcast, distinguished golf instructor and commentator Ko Deok-ho, who has coached top female golfers including world No. 1 Ko Jin-young and Seo Hee-kyung and is ranked among the world's top 50 golf instructors, will be invited to provide differentiated golf content. On the day, Pro Ko Deok-ho will conduct a simple online teaching session on how to find the right golf ball for oneself and tips for increasing driving distance, along with real-time Q&A through the chat window.
This product is sold in a set of one dozen in four matte colors including Matte Yellow, Matte Green, and Matte Red, priced at 40,000 KRW. Customers who purchase during the live broadcast will receive 2 extra balls when buying one set, and an additional set when purchasing three sets. A special promotion will also be held where signed hats by Pro Ko Deok-ho and Pro Lim Hee-jung will be given away through a lottery.
