Kolon Global Signs 97.2 Billion KRW Contract for Songdo Regional Housing Cooperative Apartment Construction

[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Kolon Global announced on the 24th that it has signed a supply contract for a joint housing construction project worth 97.2 billion KRW with the Songdo Central 1 District Housing Association. The contract amount represents approximately 2.79% of the recent sales revenue of 3.4841 trillion KRW.

This project involves constructing 336 apartment units and other facilities at 20-4, Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. The construction period is approximately 30 months from the actual start date.
