[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] 11st announced on the 24th that it has launched a ‘Store Marketing Service’ that allows sellers to directly offer discount coupons to target customers with a high likelihood of purchase.
The Store Marketing Service recommends the top-priority customer groups that sellers should focus on based on customers’ consumption patterns and usage data. Sellers can see customers who have added their products to the cart but have not purchased, customers who have purchased their products for two consecutive months recently, and customers who have viewed their products more than three times but have not purchased. Sellers can send ‘exclusive discount coupons’ to these customers to provide benefits.
The scale of the discount coupons can be set directly by the sellers. The coupon benefits provided by sellers are individually exposed only to the relevant customers through the 11st mobile app home screen and app notifications.
11st also provides sellers with an analysis of the effectiveness of the Store Marketing Service to help improve sales strategies. Detailed reports analyzing marketing effects are provided, such as how many customers who received coupon benefits actually made purchases, and which customers used coupons the most by gender and age group.
An 11st official said, “For sellers on online platforms facing fierce competition, identifying customers who will actually purchase products and increasing the probability of purchase is the most urgent and difficult task,” adding, “We will support even small and medium-sized sellers who have just taken their first step in online sales to efficiently secure customers and strengthen their business capabilities.”
