[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] McDonald's will reintroduce the 'McLunch Set,' allowing customers to enjoy popular burger sets at discounted prices, starting on the 25th.
Since the McLunch was discontinued in 2018, there have been continuous customer requests for its return. To meet the demand of customers who want various burger sets at cost-effective prices, McDonald's is bringing back McLunch after three years.
The returning McLunch at McDonald's consists of seven options: 'Big Mac,' 'McSpicy Shanghai Burger,' '1955 Burger,' 'Bacon Tomato Deluxe,' 'McChicken Mozzarella,' 'ShuShu Burger,' and 'Quarter Pounder Cheese.' Customers can enjoy these set menus at an average discount of about 14% off the regular price every day from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
To coincide with the McLunch launch, McDonald's plans to express McLunch through the 'McLunch Song,' a parody of the song 'Bbang' by the male duo Norazo, featuring catchy lyrics.
A McDonald's representative stated, "We put great effort into composing the McLunch set menu so that customers can enjoy their lunch time with delicious menu items that suit their tastes," adding, "We hope many customers enjoy the McLunch menu, which offers reasonably priced options tailored to their preferences."
