Search Operations Enter Third Day... Remaining 5 Still Missing

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] A snow crab fishing vessel capsized off the coast of Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk, and the Coast Guard has been conducting search operations for the missing crew member for three days, during which one crew member was found in an apnea state.
According to the Pohang Coast Guard on the 21st, at around 9:20 a.m., one missing crew member of the snow crab fishing vessel Georyongho (9.77 tons, registered in Guryongpo) was found about 14 km from the accident site.
At the time of discovery, the crew member was wearing a life jacket but was not breathing. He is currently being transported to the hospital by helicopter.
Meanwhile, at around 3 a.m. on the 19th, the 9.77-ton snow crab fishing vessel Georyongho, which departed from Guryongpo Port in Pohang, sank 43 km east of Gampo. The vessel had six people on board: two Koreans including the captain, three Vietnamese crew members, and one Chinese-Korean.
