Mesh Korea Expands Real-Time Delivery Service to Convenience Stores Nationwide

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Mesh Korea (CEO Yoo Jung-beom), which operates the logistics brand 'Boorung,' announced on the 19th that it has expanded the real-time delivery service of convenience store Seven Eleven nationwide.

After signing a real-time delivery service contract with Seven Eleven last year, Mesh Korea started delivery targeting 10 major stores in the metropolitan area and has now expanded the service area to real-time delivery for 3,500 Seven Eleven stores nationwide. This is due to the increase in convenience store delivery demand as the delivery area has expanded to all daily necessities amid the trend of increased contactless consumption.

In addition, to efficiently manage logistics delivery for Seven Eleven stores nationwide, a service utilizing about 440 'Boorung Stations,' logistics hubs owned by Mesh Korea, is also under discussion. By linking with the freelance delivery platform 'Boorung Friends,' ordinary people will also be able to participate in delivering various items from Seven Eleven stores nationwide.

Yoo Jung-beom, CEO of Mesh Korea, said, "We will systematically organize the delivery of over 3,500 Seven Eleven stores nationwide and the various items unique to convenience stores," adding, "We will do our best to provide convenient and fast delivery with a unique solution that is on a different level from the existing ones by utilizing Mesh Korea's digital logistics know-how."
