‘Magazine H’ Provides Information on Reconstruction and Redevelopment, Project Progress, and Industry Trends
Delivers Urban Maintenance Terms, Card News, Infographics, Videos, and Webtoons
"Leading Urban Maintenance Orders, Record-Breaking Performance... Pioneering Paradigm Shift Online"
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] Hyundai Construction announced on the 16th that it has launched the industry's first specialized online channel for urban renewal, ‘Magazine H’.
The name ‘Magazine H’ is a combination of ‘Magazine,’ meaning magazine and journalism, and ‘H,’ symbolizing Hyundai, High-end, and High society.
‘Magazine H,’ which carries the theme of ‘Everything about Reconstruction and Redevelopment,’ opened last month and provides extensive information on urban renewal to urban renewal project association members and anyone interested in reconstruction and redevelopment.
The content includes the procedures of urban renewal projects, real estate policies that association members must know, tax and finance-related knowledge, the progress status of major projects nationwide, and related industry trends. In particular, it enhances accessibility by presenting specialized terms and issues related to urban renewal projects, which are difficult for the general public to understand, in various formats such as card news, infographics, videos, and webtoons.
The main content includes ▲ ‘Urban Renewal A to Z,’ which shows the process of urban renewal projects at a glance ▲ ‘Glossary ZIP,’ which organizes urban renewal-related terms for easy reference ▲ the webtoon ‘One Day I Became an Association Member,’ which helps easily understand the entire reconstruction process ▲ ‘Tomorrow’s Site King,’ which visits and reviews the progress of major urban renewal project sites nationwide ▲ ‘Hyundai Photo Studio,’ which shares memories by capturing neighborhoods about to undergo reconstruction and redevelopment in photos ▲ ‘H News,’ which delivers the latest trends of major urban renewal project sites nationwide through video news ▲ ‘Project Sites Seen through Pungsu (Feng Shui),’ which examines the feng shui of reconstruction and redevelopment project sites ▲ and ‘News Curation,’ which delivers the week’s major urban renewal news.
‘Magazine H’ is distributed to subscribers through a biweekly newsletter and weekly KakaoTalk channel messages. You can receive related content for free by subscribing to the newsletter on the ‘Magazine H’ website or by adding the KakaoTalk channel (search for ‘Magazine H’ on KakaoTalk).
A Hyundai Construction official said, "Urban renewal project association members often do not know much about the procedures, terms, and policies of renewal projects, and even if they are curious, it is not easy to find information. As smartphone use and non-face-to-face communication increase, online promotional competitiveness is becoming more important." He added, "Hyundai Construction, having secured a record-high performance in urban renewal last year and ranked first for two consecutive years, will lead the paradigm shift not only offline but also online."
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport revised the related regulation ‘Standards for Handling Renewal Project Contract Work’ at the end of last year and allowed public promotion through internet websites related to urban renewal.
