The 5-star Henann Resort located in Boracay and Bohol, Philippines, is adjacent to the Philippines' representative beach, White Beach. Customers can choose between the Boracay Henann Garden Resort, which has the largest poolside bar among Henann resorts, and the Bohol Henann Alona Beach Resort, which offers various recreational facilities such as a spa and fitness center.

The vouchers are valid for one year after the COVID-19 quarantine lift date and can be exchanged for accommodation vouchers at domestic hotels such as Grand Josun Busan and WE Hotel Jeju. A 100% refund is available within one month after the live broadcast. Customers who make payments during the live broadcast will receive activity vouchers such as hopping tours (Boracay) and dolphin tours (Bohol). Additionally, there is a VIP grade upgrade event offering up to 20% discount on purchases at Lotte Duty Free and a promotion providing up to 1.2 million KRW in reward points for purchasers.
