[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Doctor Heo Yang-im spoke about her husband Ko Ji-yong, a first-generation idol from Sechs Kies.
On the 15th, the couple Ko Ji-yong and Heo Yang-im appeared on tvN variety show 'Shinbakhan Jeongri' (Amazing Organization).
After much hesitation, the two knocked on the door of Shinbakhan Jeongri. They cited differences in personality as the reason for requesting organization help.
Compared to Ko Ji-yong, who usually has a neat personality, Heo Yang-im is a beginner at organizing. Heo Yang-im said, "My husband boldly discards items that could still be used, and sometimes ends up repurchasing them."
On the show, Park Na-rae asked the couple, "How long have you been dating and married?" Heo Yang-im answered, "About four years."

To this, Heo Yang-im said, "(My husband Ko Ji-yong) is not that romantic. Even if I suggest wearing couple T-shirts, my husband dislikes it."
Ko Ji-yong explained, "I've disliked couple T-shirts since long ago. I've never thought such clothes were beautiful."
Heo Yang-im also said, "I don't particularly like couple T-shirts either."
Park Na-rae mentioned Ko Ji-yong's popularity based on her own experience. Park Na-rae explained, "My family ran a stationery store. In our generation, snap photos were popular, and Ko Ji-yong oppa's snap photos sold quickly. Snap photos of popular members sold out fast at that time."
When Shin Ae-ra asked if there was a moment she truly felt Ko Ji-yong's popularity, Heo Yang-im said, "Even when we dated and went out together, no one ever approached us pretending to know us. We lived normally. So when the news of our marriage was published, I was surprised."
