Sambu Construction's 'Asan Sambu Renaissance The Hill' Nears Complete Sell-Out

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Sambutogeon announced on the 9th that ‘Asan Samburenaissance The Hill,’ supplied in the Sinchang-myeon area of Asan-si, Chungnam, is nearing a complete sell-out.

Currently, ‘Asan Samburenaissance The Hill’ is recording a contract rate of about 95%. This complex, which launched the sale of a total of 1,016 households last December, saw most units contracted early. The first-come, first-served contracts conducted for some ineligible households are also progressing rapidly.

An industry insider said, “Not only was the sale price set lower compared to surrounding areas, but advantages available only in non-regulated areas, such as loans and taxes, have contributed to the high contract rate,” adding, “In fact, on the 8th, when an online first-come, first-served application was held for some remaining units, many users accessed the website simultaneously, causing the homepage to be down for a while.”

‘Asan Samburenaissance The Hill’ is being developed at 140 Namseong-ri, Sinchang-myeon, Asan-si, Chungnam. It consists of a large complex with 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 1,016 households.

Various specialized designs that reflect the prestige of a landmark large complex are also introduced. To ensure pedestrian safety, a 100% underground parking lot design was adopted. On the ground, parks, waterside rest areas, and exercise spaces are arranged to maximize comfort. The underground parking lot plans include a parking guidance system, wider parking spaces (2.3m → 2.5m), wide parking spots (2.6m x 5.1m), and electric vehicle charging facilities to enable convenient parking.

Community facilities will also be established. In addition to exercise facilities such as a fitness center and indoor golf practice range within the complex, a national/public daycare center, a small library, and a cafeteria will be arranged for children’s education and childcare. Other community facilities considering residents’ convenience, such as a guest house, residents’ meeting room, and unmanned parcel lockers, will also be created.

Considerable effort was put into the interior floor plan design as well. The layout mainly faces south and is centered on a slab-type 4Bay design to maximize lighting and ventilation. Specialized designs such as three-sided balconies, pantries, and dressing rooms were introduced to significantly increase the perceived area. In particular, windows are placed in the dressing room connected to the master bedroom, which is expected to provide excellent ventilation and air circulation.

The location conditions are also favorable. Nearby are Sinchang Station on Subway Line 1, Oncheon-daero, National Road 45, and Onyang Circular Road, allowing quick access to Asan’s old downtown and Cheonan. This enables convenient use of various living infrastructures located in the old downtown. The company explained that since Asan Namseong Elementary School is located in front of the complex and accessible on foot, strong demand is expected from buyers with young children.

Nearby are large-scale industrial complexes such as Deuksan Agricultural and Industrial Complex, Sinchang Agricultural and Industrial Complex, Baemi Agricultural and Industrial Complex, Daehwa Paper Asan Plant, as well as Asan Hyundai Motors Valley General Industrial Complex and Asan Tangjeong Techno General Industrial Complex, ensuring excellent proximity between residence and workplace.

Meanwhile, Sambutogeon is operating the ‘Asan Samburenaissance The Hill’ model house with a limit of 30 visitors per hour, excluding 20 on-site staff, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
