[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] Mesh Korea (CEO Yoo Jungbeom), a digital logistics company operating 'Boorung,' announced on the 9th that it has newly appointed former Samsung Electronics Executive Director Kim Seungmin as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Mesh Korea is currently undergoing an organizational restructuring to efficiently integrate the functions of its major businesses in line with the recent growth of the delivery market, while strengthening business capabilities by recruiting talented external personnel. The newly established COO position at Mesh Korea is an operations executive who helps each business division collaborate closely to create effective synergy. Going forward, the COO will explore various methods to ensure efficient collaboration across multiple areas beyond just the operational performance of each business division.

To this end, Mesh Korea appointed former Executive Director Kim Seungmin, who has accumulated over 30 years of extensive experience in overall management while working at Samsung Electronics, as COO. Mesh Korea expects that COO Kim Seungmin will establish a flexible decision-making process capable of responding to rapidly changing business environments based on his numerous experiences and know-how, thereby enhancing the business capabilities of each division.
