Housing Market 'Frozen' Ahead of Seollal... Subscription Applications Open in Two Locations Nationwide

The housing market is taking a breather ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the second week of February, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 977 units (including officetels and rentals, excluding urban lifestyle housing and happy housing) at two locations nationwide.

POSCO Construction will accept first-priority local subscription applications on the 8th for 47 units disqualified from the members' quota of 'The Sharp Jije Station Central Park (Block 2)' located at 388-13 Dongsak-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The complex consists of 18 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a total of 1,674 units sized between 59 and 84㎡. As a local housing association apartment, 47 units will be sold to the general public, excluding 1,250 units for association members and 377 pre-sale units. Mosan Elementary and Dongsan Elementary schools are nearby, and Mosan Gol Peace Park and a lake are close by.

On the 9th, Line Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Yangju Okjeong The One Park Village,' located in Block A-23 of the Okjeong Residential Development District in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The complex consists of 28 buildings ranging from 1 basement floor to 10 floors above ground, with a total of 930 units sized at 84㎡. Nearby are Dokbawi Park, spanning 300,000㎡, and Cheongdam Stream. The Seoul Subway Line 7 extension, GTX-C line, and the 2nd Outer Ring Road are scheduled to open.

Five model houses will open. Three of them, including 'The Sharp Opo Centriche,' will open as cyber model houses.

Additionally, 'Yeonsan Fore Seohui Starhills' and 'Hillstate Yongin Dunjeon Station' will accept advance visit reservations through their websites.

Winner announcements will be made for seven locations, and contracts will be conducted at three locations. Hanyang Construction's 'Mokpo Hanyang Lips The Fore,' built at 986 Seokhyeon-dong, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do, will announce winners on the 10th.
