On the 6th at 2 PM, Lotte Construction was selected as the contractor at the general meeting held at an outdoor vacant lot at 974-15, Masanhwoe-gu, marking its first urban renewal project contract win of the year with the Changwon Yangdeok 4 District Redevelopment Project.
The Changwon Yangdeok 4 District project involves developing approximately 39,056㎡ of land located at 165-7, Masanhwoe-gu, Changwon City, into seven apartment buildings ranging from two basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, totaling 981 units. The total construction cost is about 207 billion KRW.
The complex boasts excellent transportation with Masan Express Bus Terminal and KTX Masan Station nearby. Additionally, residents can conveniently access amenities such as Masanhwoe-gu Office, Changwon NC Park, Lotte Mart, and Shinsegae Department Store all within walking distance, providing superior living infrastructure.
Moreover, Yangdeok-dong in Changwon is located within the top school district in the Masan area, traditionally a highly preferred residential area. Therefore, the project is expected to attract significant interest from genuine buyers within Changwon during the general sale.
Through its proposal, Lotte Construction offered the highest level of free finishing items for union members in Changwon, including full balcony expansion, double-glazed window sashes, high-end art walls in the living room, system air conditioners, LED TVs, side-by-side refrigerators, kimchi refrigerators, drum washing machines and dryers, clothing care systems, and built-in wardrobes in bedrooms.
Lotte Construction is also currently working on Yangdeok 2 District adjacent to Yangdeok 4 District. This allows for the creation of a large-scale integrated complex of 2,000 units under the same brand, Lotte Castle, which can provide additional premium value. Furthermore, a high sales competition rate is expected due to the recent strong performance of the sales market in Changwon.
