Robotis Decides to Dispose of 250,000 Treasury Shares to Secure Investment Funds for New Business Development

[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Robotis announced on the 5th that it has decided to dispose of 256,749 treasury shares at 17,800 KRW per share to secure investment funds for new business development.

The disposal method is off-hours block trading, and the expected disposal amount is approximately 4.6 billion KRW. The disposal will take place from the 6th to May 5th.
