SESCO Signs Hygiene Management Agreement with Chicken Franchise Jadam Chicken and Its Franchisees

Comprehensive environmental hygiene management company CESCO announced on the 5th that it has signed a business agreement to strengthen hygiene management with Jadam Chicken and all its franchise stores.

Recently, the proportion of the food service industry centered on delivery has been increasing, but consumer concerns about not being able to check the hygiene status of stores on-site have also been rising accordingly. These concerns have grown even more as unsanitary management practices at some food establishments have come to light.

Jadam Chicken pursued this agreement with the goal of improving the existing hygiene management methods to be more efficient and systematic, creating stores where customers can visit or order with greater peace of mind. Accordingly, all Jadam Chicken franchise stores will join CESCO and receive professional hygiene management services.

Hygiene management of Jadam Chicken through CESCO will be conducted in a way that significantly supports the franchises by the headquarters to reduce their burden and encourage active participation. For the first six months, the headquarters will cover the full monthly management fee, and thereafter will support half of the cost. Franchise stores will receive management from a professional hygiene company at half the cost of individual subscription.
