Doosan Heavy Industries announced on the 5th that it held a board meeting and decided to sell all its shares of Doosan Infracore to Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings.
The shares of Doosan Infracore being sold by Doosan Heavy Industries this time amount to 75,509,366 shares, with a disposal amount of 850 billion KRW.
