Junggi Distribution Center Delivers 'Sharing Warmth of Love' Donation for Lunar New Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Distribution Center (CEO Jeong Jin-su) announced on the 5th that it participated in social contribution activities by delivering donations for the 'Sharing Warmth of Love' campaign in celebration of the Lunar New Year. On the 4th, Lee Myung-su, Vice President of the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, visited the Yangcheon Love Welfare Foundation located in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and delivered 1 million won worth of Onnuri gift certificates to 10 low-income and marginalized households recommended by the Yangcheon District Office.

This social contribution activity was organized to fulfill social responsibility as a public institution under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and to realize community sharing. Jeong Jin-su, CEO of the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, said, "We organized this event to contribute to the spread of a sharing culture by taking the lead together with our employees," adding, "This year as well, we will strive to create social value as a public institution through various social contribution activities and promote activities to coexist with the local community."

The Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, established in December 1995 as an institution supporting market access for small and medium enterprises, currently operates sales venues for SME products such as Happy Department Store in Seoul. It also carries out various market access support projects under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, including home shopping market support, marketing support projects, Win-Win Growth Mall, Brand K, small business market support, and public procurement support center.
