Fides Development to Launch Leasing of ‘Gasan Mobius Tower’ Knowledge Industry Center Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Fides Development announced on the 3rd that it plans to launch sales next month for the knowledge industry center "Gasan Mobius Tower," located within the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex.

"Gasan Mobius Tower" is scheduled to be built at 459-21, Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, near Gasan Digital Complex Station in Seoul, with a total floor area of approximately 43,500㎡ spanning from 4 basement levels to 20 above-ground floors. Along with the knowledge industry center, a dormitory with independent access (391 rooms) will also be offered for sale.

A sales official from Fides Development stated, "In the post-COVID-19 era, demand for work and residential spaces has significantly changed, highlighting multifunctional and efficient complex spaces. Gasan Mobius Tower will be developed as an optimal advanced complex space harmoniously blending rest and work, located in the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex G-Valley, which boasts excellent transportation, natural surroundings, and future value."

"Gasan Mobius Tower" is situated in the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, a key transportation hub in southwestern Seoul, and benefits from a double subway station zone with lines 1 and 7 at Gasan Digital Complex Station, making subway access convenient.

Additionally, excellent metropolitan transportation networks such as the Gangnam Circular Road, Southern Circular Road, and Siheung-daero are nearby. The underground construction of the Western Arterial Road is scheduled to be completed and opened in August, and the Sinansan Line, which began construction in 2019, is expected to open in 2024, further improving transportation convenience.
