The filenames of the disclosed 추진방안 documents and the prosecution indictment 추진방안 documents are different
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jun-yi] Oh Se-hoon, former Seoul mayor and a preliminary candidate for the Seoul mayoral by-election from the People Power Party, raised suspicions about the 'North Korean Nuclear Power Plant Construction Document' disclosed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
On the morning of the 2nd, Oh posted a message titled "The Reason President Moon Jae-in Must Explain Personally" on his Facebook, criticizing the government.
Oh pointed out that the title of the document reported through KBS 9 o'clock news, ‘180514_Bukhanjiyeok Wonjeon Geonseol Chujin Bang-an_v1.1.hwp’ differs from the document title recorded in the prosecution's indictment, ‘180616_Bukhanjiyeok Wonjeon Geonseol Chujin Bang-an_v1.2.hwp’.
He then focused on the initial ‘v’ in the document title, saying, “We know that the president has often been referred to as VIP,” and emphasized, “Ultimately, what ‘v’ refers to, what meaning it holds within the government, the parties involved must know.”
He also said, “The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s explanation is also unsatisfactory,” and stated, “Although the document was clearly deleted by a public official, and the related officials are currently under legal judgment, the Ministry claims that the original document was disclosed because it remained on another computer in the department.”
He added, “Which citizen can fully believe such inconsistent explanations?”
Finally, Oh appealed to the public, saying, “Please raise the cane against the Blue House and the Democratic Party, who insist that only they are right and the answer with lies and stubbornness.”
