Hyundai Engineering Launches 'One Edition Gangnam', a Prime Residential Complex in Gangnam Area

[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] Hyundai Engineering announced on the 28th that it will launch sales this month for ‘One Edition Gangnam,’ a luxury residential complex being built at 653-4 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

This complex is being developed on the site of the former ‘SpoWorld,’ a well-known members-only sports center in the Gangnam area.

The complex will be constructed on a 6,355㎡ site with three buildings ranging from five basement floors to 20 above-ground floors. It will include 234 urban lifestyle housing units and 25 officetel units. The urban lifestyle housing units range from 26 to 49㎡, and the officetels range from 43 to 82㎡.

Given its prime location in Gangnam, the complex is highly regarded for its excellent accessibility. It is situated at a major intersection where Eonju-ro and Bongeunsa-ro meet, making travel to key business districts in Gangnam convenient. Accessibility to Gangbuk is also excellent via Hannam Bridge, Dongho Bridge, and Seongsu Bridge. The nearby Banpo IC allows easy access to the Gyeongbu Expressway. It is a 5-minute walk to Eonju Station and a 12-minute walk to Seonjeongneung Station on Subway Line 9.
