A Goobne Chicken representative analyzed the recent surge in popularity of baguette balls, attributing it to increased time spent at home due to COVID-19, which made it difficult for consumers to visit cafes or bakeries, leading them to prefer high-quality side menus that can be conveniently enjoyed at home.
