I'PARK Mall Opens Premium Salad Cafe 'Crispy Fresh'

Pesticide-Free 'Cheongmichae' + Superfood 'Premium Salad'

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] HDC Group's distribution specialist company HDC I'Park Mall announced on the 28th that it has newly opened the premium salad cafe 'Crispy Fresh' on the 4th floor of I'Park Mall Taste Park.

'Crispy Fresh' is Dongwon Home Food's premium salad brand made by adding healthy superfoods to pesticide-free vegetables 'Cheongmichae' grown through hydroponics without soil contamination. This is the first time the brand has opened a store within a distribution center.

'Crispy Fresh' is characterized by guaranteeing taste and quality by using only tuna and salmon directly caught and managed by Dongwon Industries, and 'Cheongmichae' grown at the 'Eoseok Smart Farm' operated by Dongwon Group.

An I'Park Mall official said, "Recently, demand for vegan food has increased, and interest in healthy food is steadily rising. As salads are also emerging as a popular food culture trend, we introduced a premium salad cafe to expand customers' choices."

Since 'Eat Salad,' a famous salad restaurant in Seongsu-dong located in D7 Food Cinema, is receiving a good response among young customers, I'Park Mall expects that the premium salad cafe 'Crispy Fresh' will continue that popularity.
