Purchase Local Gift Certificates via ZeroPay... New Micro Group Buying Platform Opens
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Bank is completely revamping the life section of its mobile application SOL.
On the 27th, Shinhan Bank announced that it will subdivide the SOL life section into three themes to provide various convenience features and benefits to Shinhan SOL users.
The three themes are ▲ 'Consumption,' where users can purchase SOL Pay cashback rewards, contactless donation services, and local gift certificates ▲ 'Finance,' which provides real estate prices, listings, and information ▲ 'Fun,' which includes everyday-related content such as baseball, travel, and one-day class reservations.
This improvement allows customers to intuitively and conveniently access the information and services they need in daily life.
Additionally, Shinhan Bank partnered with Seoul Auction Blue, an online auction company, to open 'Sotu,' a joint purchase platform for limited edition sneakers and famous artworks, popular financial items among the Millennial and Z generations (MZ).
Sotu is a new concept financial service where users can jointly purchase high-priced limited edition sneakers or artworks with premiums starting from a minimum amount of 1,000 KRW, share ownership, and resell them for profit when prices rise.
A Shinhan Bank official said, "Through the complete revamp of SOL Life, we planned to make it easy for customers to obtain information related to their daily lives," adding, "We will continue to strive to provide financial solutions that reflect customer trends."
