A donation box is placed at the front desk, and all customers who participate in the donation activity, regardless of the amount, receive a toothbrush and toothpaste set sold by the hotel as a gift.
Plan Korea is an international relief and development NGO with a history of over 80 years. The donated funds will be used to support abused and at-risk children by providing comprehensive psychological assessments and psychological treatment for children in need due to neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Additionally, support kits will be created and delivered to provide emotional support to children receiving psychological treatment.
A representative of Ibis Insadong Hotel said, "Although everyone is going through a difficult time due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we believe that attention to vulnerable groups, who inevitably face even greater hardships during such times, is important," adding, "We hope to be a small help for all children to grow up in a happy and stable environment."
