Kolon Haneulchae Brand Opens in Pohang's Top School District and Forest Zone Location

Kolon Global, which has surpassed a cumulative construction contract value of 1.7 trillion KRW for two consecutive years, has successfully secured its first contract of the new year.

On the 20th, Kolon Global announced that it was selected as the construction company for the Pohang Hwamo Apartment small-scale reconstruction project.

Out of 58 owners, it received 47 votes, achieving a voting rate of 81%, successfully winning the contract amid overwhelming interest from the owners.

Hwamo Apartment is a small-scale reconstruction project under a trust method, with Mugunghwa Trust designated as the developer. The construction cost is approximately 48.1 billion KRW, and it plans to supply four apartment buildings with 203 units, ranging from two basement floors to 16 above-ground floors, on a land area of about 9,930㎡ in the Pohang area of Gyeongsangbuk-do.

Kolon Global plans to implement top-grade seismic design performance, state-of-the-art IoK systems, landscaping harmonized with the forest including a camping park, and various community facilities at Hwamo Apartment, located in the forest zone of Daejam-dong.
