16 New COVID-19 Cases Overnight in Gyeongnam ... Total Confirmed Cases Reach 1,799

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] As of 10 a.m., Gyeongnam Province announced that a total of 16 confirmed cases have occurred, including 11 in Geoje, 3 in Miryang, and 2 in Gimhae.

Among them, 5 people who had contact with a confirmed case from Siheung were classified as cases 1789, 1791~1793, and 1799. Six contacts of confirmed cases within the province were classified as cases 1794, 1788, 1790, 1795, 1798, and 1800. Additionally, 4 cases with unknown infection routes were classified as cases 1787, 1796, 1797, and 1802.

Accordingly, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the province increased to 1,799 (267 hospitalized, 1,526 discharged, 6 deceased).
