On the 20th, Seoul City held the 1st Urban Planning Committee meeting and announced on the 21st that it had amended and approved the "Designation of Yeonsindae Urban Maintenance-type Redevelopment Project Maintenance Area and Maintenance Plan Decision" with this content.
The Yeonsinnae Urban Maintenance-type Redevelopment Area in 305-3 Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, is a commercial area adjacent to Yeonsinnae Station on Subway Lines 3 and 6. It is connected to Tongil-ro, a main arterial road, making access to the city center convenient. With the establishment of the GTX-A line, regional accessibility is also expected to improve.
The officetel to be built on the site (8,699㎡) will have a building coverage ratio of 60% and a floor area ratio of 797%, with a height of up to 90m, consisting of 5 basement floors and 24 above-ground floors. Along with the officetel (406 units), sales facilities and public rental housing (77 units) will also be newly constructed.
In particular, to strengthen the regional center function, a movie theater will be established, along with facilities for fostering new growth industries and facilities to revitalize the urban economy.
