Lady Gaga appeared at the inauguration wearing a voluminous red skirt and a black top. On the black top, she wore a large brooch shaped like a dove holding an olive branch in its beak, flapping its wings. Lady Gaga has been a strong supporter of President Biden. She even took the stage with Biden during the campaign just before the presidential election to appeal for support.

Popular American country singer Garth Brooks, a Republican, also took the stage at the inauguration. Brooks sang the hymn "Amazing Grace." His appearance itself symbolized harmony, and the song "Amazing Grace" he sang is also a symbol of unity.

"Amazing Grace" is originally a song beloved by Americans, but it gained special attention in June 2015 when then-President Barack Obama led the singing during a memorial service for the shooting at a black church. At that time, President Obama led the singing of "Amazing Grace" in the face of a tragedy where several innocent black people were victims of a white hate crime, urging an end to division and calling for unity.

Another pop star, Jennifer Lopez, appeared wearing a white Chanel outfit and performed a congratulatory stage with the songs "Beautiful America" and "This Land Is Your Land." Lopez, who is of Latin descent, also shouted "Justice for all!" in Spanish during her performance.
