Gyeongnam Office of Education Selected as Best in 'Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation'

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education announced on the 19th that it was selected as the best institution in the '2020 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation' hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The best institution was selected among 19 institutions out of 585 public institutions nationwide, and Gyeongnam Office of Education is the only one among city and provincial offices of education.

This evaluation comprehensively assessed the level of information disclosure of public institutions based on the 2019-2020 performance in areas such as ▲prior information disclosure ▲original information ▲information disclosure request processing ▲customer management.

Gyeongnam Office of Education received high evaluations in the areas of prior information disclosure, including the number of prior information disclosure registrations and the disclosure rate of information lists, as well as in the request processing field, including the appropriateness of detailed non-disclosure criteria.

In particular, it made efforts to expand various demand analysis channels by operating the Information Disclosure Monitoring Group, the Civil Complaint System Improvement Discovery Group, and the On-site Consulting System.

By actively responding to customer demand analysis, such as expanding the use of the information disclosure portal to individual schools, it achieved high customer satisfaction.
