[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Gwangju University announced on the 20th that it will hold the ‘2020 Academic Year Institute for Educational Innovation Performance Sharing Meeting’ on the 25th at the Learning Method Seminar Room on the 5th floor of Hosim Memorial Library.
The Institute for Educational Innovation at Gwangju University, which opened last October with the goal of responding to future education and fostering customized talent, will discuss the project presentations conducted by its four affiliated centers (Teaching and Learning Support, E-learning Support, Extracurricular Education Support, Educational Performance Management) and future development plans through the performance sharing meeting.
In addition, a cooperation agreement ceremony for educational innovation will be held with Dongshin University Institute for Educational Innovation and Honam University Headquarters for Educational Innovation, and they plan to mutually cooperate on educational measures aligned with the Fourth Industrial Revolution era.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the agreement ceremony will be conducted with a minimum number of participants, and the performance presentations will be held online (via ZOOM).
Meanwhile, the Institute for Educational Innovation, launched with the slogan ‘Gwangju University Leaping Forward with Light,’ is leading the establishment of systems to enhance educational capacity, develop e-learning based content, produce and operate educational media to strengthen teaching capabilities, enhance learning and career competencies through management of extracurricular curricula, and improve the quality of education through educational performance management and feedback.
