Gimhae City Announces Open Recruitment for 'Sustainable Development Council Members'

14 Applicants in 5 Categories for Citizens, Applications Open Until February 1

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, is publicly recruiting members for the Gimhae City Sustainable Development Council to collaboratively consider sustainable development.

The recruitment fields include 2 positions in ecological environment, 5 in local economy, 3 in health and welfare, 2 in education and culture, and 2 in village community, totaling 14 positions across 5 fields.

Any Gimhae citizen willing to work together for sustainable development can apply.

Those interested in participating can apply through the City Water Quality Environment Division by the 1st of next month.

Lee Yong-gyu, head of the Water Quality Environment Division, said, “Until the first half of this year, operations will be conducted in a non-face-to-face system due to social distancing measures following the spread of COVID-19,” and added, “We hope many citizens will participate in the 2nd Gimhae City Sustainable Development Council, which will newly lead sustainable development.”
