Daewoo E&C and POSCO E&C announced on the 20th that they will open the model house for 'Suseong The Palace Prugio The Sharp,' located in Padong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, on the 22nd and begin sales.

This complex, built as part of the Daegu Gangchon 2 District housing reconstruction, consists of 18 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 28 floors above ground, offering a total of 1,299 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. Of these, 1,055 units are for general sale.

By exclusive area, the units for sale include 235 units of 59㎡ Type A, 354 units of 59㎡ Type B, 31 units of 75㎡ Type A, 164 units of 75㎡ Type B, 137 units of 75㎡ Type C, 66 units of 84㎡ Type A, and 68 units of 84㎡ Type B.

The sale price averages 14.85 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The payment schedule is 10% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance, with resale restrictions in place until the ownership transfer registration is completed.
