Hoban Group Pushes Forward with New Graduate and Experienced Recruitment Despite COVID-19 Challenges


[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hoban Group is actively creating new jobs despite the employment downturn caused by the novel coronavirus outbreak.


On the 20th, Hoban Group announced that its construction affiliates, Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry, will conduct a "First Half New Graduate and Experienced Employee Open Recruitment."


They are recruiting new and experienced employees in various fields. For new employees, recruitment will be conducted in areas such as win-win growth, public relations, marketing, outsourced materials, human resources, general affairs, architectural construction, electrical, facilities, safety management, and civil engineering. Experienced employees are sought with professional expertise in business planning, general affairs, IT, taxation, finance, risk management, asset management, marketing, private sales, development projects, complex development, maintenance projects, architectural estimation, outsourced materials, architectural construction, civil engineering construction, electrical, facilities, safety management, health, quality control, and after-sales service (AS).


The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, first interview, AI competency test (applicable to new employees), second interview, employment medical examination, and final acceptance. National veterans and persons with disabilities will be given preferential treatment according to relevant laws. Applications can be submitted through the Hoban recruitment website until the 31st.


A Hoban Construction HR representative stated, "Hoban Group plans large-scale housing sales this year amid continuous growth and is expanding its business in various fields such as housing, architecture, civil engineering, comprehensive leisure, and distribution," adding, "We hope many capable talents with fresh ideas who can flexibly respond to external environmental changes will apply."


Meanwhile, last year Hoban Group supplied more than 10,000 apartment units and succeeded in securing high-quality orders in public land projects, urban maintenance projects, park special projects, and public offering projects. This year, it is known to be planning large-scale sales of about 31,000 units in Seoul and the metropolitan area, Busan, and Daejeon.
