Mizuno, JPX921 Hot Metal "Chromoly Distance Iron"

This is the 2021 new product from Korea Mizuno, the ‘JPX921 Hot Metal Iron (photo)’. The key feature is the adoption of ‘Chromoly 4140M’ material. With the upgraded ‘CORTECH Face’ technology, the center part is designed to be 0.2mm thinner than previous models. Using a ‘Seamless Cup Face’ structure made without seams, the leading edge acts as a hinge. This enhances the face’s repulsion performance, providing excellent distance.

Additionally, the ‘Stability Frame’ optimizes the distribution of the head’s weight. It enables a short center of gravity distance and a large sweet area, improving both control performance and forgiveness simultaneously. The unique ‘Harmonic Impact Technology’ is added, and three more ribs were added to the top edge of the head compared to previous models. It delivers a distinctive satisfying hitting sound and lingering hitting feel. Available for purchase after test hitting.
