KB Financial Group Donates 10 Billion KRW to Community Chest of Korea 'Sarangui Yeolmae'

Accumulated Donations of 131 Billion KRW Over More Than 20 Years Since 2001

On the 18th, KB Financial Group Chairman Yoon Jong-kyu (left) and Community Chest of Korea Chairman Ye Jeong-seok (right) are delivering donations at the 'Fruit of Love Hall' in Jung-gu, Seoul.

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Yoon Jong-kyu, Chairman of KB Financial Group, donated 10 billion KRW in neighbor aid funds at the Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign held at the Community Chest of Korea building located in Jeong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul on the 18th.

The Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign is an annual fundraising campaign conducted by the Community Chest of Korea to help neighbors in need. KB Financial Group has continuously participated for over 20 years since 2001, with a total cumulative donation amount reaching 131 billion KRW.

At the donation ceremony, Chairman Yoon said, “KB Financial Group will continue to do its best to deliver hope to our society through sharing during these difficult times caused by COVID-19 and to create a happy world together.”
