The Ann Award is the largest digital advertising award in Korea, hosted by the Korea Digital Enterprise Association and officially sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation, and the Korea Internet & Security Agency. The winners are selected through a rigorous three-stage evaluation process conducted by industry CEOs and external expert committees.
Since launching ‘WooTube,’ the first brand media YouTube channel in the domestic financial sector, in January 2019, Woori Bank has continuously communicated with customers through over 200 original contents over the past two years, promoting itself as a ‘brand financial entertainment channel.’ Representative major content series include the honest talk show of bank employees ‘Eungeunnamnyeosseol,’ the serious economic concept blind date ‘Chomyeone Silryejiman,’ and ‘3-Second Deep Sleep Bank Terms ASMR.’
A Woori Bank official stated, “‘WooTube’ was planned in line with SNS trends at a time when corporate brand competitiveness has become more important than ever,” adding, “It is not just a simple advertisement but greatly contributes to increasing customers’ brand favorability toward Woori Bank through communication with customers.”
